Description

r.rhenus ZL 984 is an emulsifiable-in-water additive to improve cutting performances of
water miscible metal working fluids containing mineral oil.This product is preferably used for difficult machining operations on aluminium and stainless steels. It is always used in such cases, when standard EP loading is not sufficient enough for relevant machining operations and changing to a product of higher EP load does not seem wise.

Application

Depending on the difficulty of machining operation and additivation of existing emulsion, the
quantity to be added is about 0,2 to 0,3 % in proportion to the filling volume.-
